Spread holiday joy with this handmade piece of art!  This calligraphy letterpress christmas card featurs flourished copperplate calligraphy that was penned on paper, then used to create a letterpress printing plate.   Each card was then slowly and patiently printed on my hand-fed, treadle driven platen press from 1891.  Around the letterpressed calligraphy is a watercolor and line drawing border printed in flat digital printing. Each flat A7 sized card comes with a red envelope.  It is printed in hand-mixed red or green ink.
